This was a residential extension based in Bexley, it consisted of a 2 storey extension, changing the floor levels and ensuring the correct beams were used to bear the weight of the new building.
We completed the works from groundworks through to the building awaiting new windows and doors. The customer also asked us to carry out the hard landscaping of the garden once we had completed the extension. So we laid a new Yorkstone paving patio area and installed new artificial grass.
